Show off your creativity! The Kraemer Family Library invites you to write and share your Six Word Stories with members of the UCCS community. Stories will be displayed in the 3rd floor display case and the circulation desk during the month of November.

The theme this year is Ghouls, Ghosts, & Gremlins. See if you can write a six-word story about ghouls, ghosts, or gremlins that will frighten, spook, or otherwise scare your fellow UCCS community members.

What is a Six Word story? Here are a few stories from the previous challenge:

Can't breathe, Sunday night, Homework Fright  -Angelo

He was just here, I swear -Juliana Tuck

"Don't fall asleep", taunted the apparition -Amymous

Please submit your original six-word scary story by November 5, 2021.

You can submit works under your own name or anonymously.

Stories should be appropriate for a college audience. Each submission will be reviewed for appropriateness and stories that include vulgarity or profanity, or that are political in nature, will not be printed.

You are welcome to submit multiple entries. However, depending on the submission volume, we may not publish all stories submitted by the same individual.
