Update Any Existing Links to the Library’s Electronic Resources You’ve Placed in Canvas or Syllabi by June 1, 2024
The Kraemer Family Library is migrating to a new hosted solution for providing off-campus access to our electronic resources, including our subscription databases, ebooks, online journals, streaming films, and other online materials.
This change will require faculty to update any existing links to these library resources they have placed in Canvas, syllabi, and elsewhere. Existing links will need to be updated by June 1, 2024.
Identifying Links That Need to Be Updated
To identify any links you might need to update, examine the url for any links to online library resources you’ve placed in Canvas or your syllabi. If the url contains libproxy.uccs.edu, you will need to update the link.
For example, here is a link that would need to be updated:

To update these links, simply replace libproxy.uccs.edu with uccs.idm.oclc.org

Deadline and Getting Help
Links to library online resources containing libproxy.uccs.edu will cease working on June 1, 2024. Please update any links in Canvas, your syllabi, and elsewhere by this date. We are currently running both systems side by side, so you can update these links anytime between now and June 1, 2024.
