Group Study Rooms and Parent Child Room Policies

Group Study Rooms

Two types of group study rooms are available in the library. There are several rooms with computers located on the second and third floor. Group study rooms without computers are available on the third floor of the library.

Patrons working in groups have priority in using the study rooms and an individual may be asked to leave the room if it is needed by a group. UCCS students, faculty, and staff have priority in the group study rooms. The library offers a reservation service for UCCS students, faculty, and staff for some of the rooms; all other rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Parent Child Room

This room is located on the third floor, EPC Room 302. The play area is designed for young children. A TV/DVD player is located in this room and movies may be checked out through the Circulation desk. UCCS student, faculty, and staff with children always have priority including use of the computers in this room. Children should not be left unsupervised in this area.
