Issues with "Saved Searches"

It has been brought to our attention that there is an issue with the "Saved Items" feature not saving search results on OneSearch on the library website. While the vendor is working on this issue, the expected fix is not expected to go live until June. 

Until the official fix is released, we have found a temporary workaround for anyone having issues with the "Saved Items" feature. To retrieve previously saved results, please contact E-Resources and Discovery Librarian Jungmin Byun (jbyun2@uccs.edu). 

We apologize for this inconvenience and will keep users updated as we work with the vendor to resolve this issue.
